Name: Boomer Grace

Born January, 1973

Family: Amy is my sagacious & saucy wife, my support group, my point of reference. Ian is our favorite fulcrum. As an adolescent puppy, Brody, our golden retriever, has enough energy to fuel an entire ironman competition. I cannot wait for his adult life.

Occupation: "Distance Learning Specialist," which means I run all On-line learning activities in my District. I teach, I councel, I administrate. But mostly, I get to have fun with kids!

School(s): Northern Ariz. State Univ., Flagstaff, AZ; Ariz. State Univ., Tempe, AZ; University of Arizona, Tucson, AZ; University of Guadalajara, Mexico; Ottowa University, Tempe AZ; CalState Northridge and...CalPoly.

Current Hometown: Paso Robles

Past Hometowns: San Luis Obispo, CA; Glendale, CA; Reseda, CA; Phoenix, AZ; Guadalajara, Mexico; Tucson, AZ; Provincetown, MA and...Tolland, CT

What do you enjoy about Team Kman:The inspirational reciprocity.
Other interests/hobbies: My family is my greatest hobby, ever. Reading is my second hobby. I have always enjoyed working with wood (if you ever need any tools, let me know!) I do dabble in guitar. Yoga has been an interest of mine since college. Backpacking is cool because of its equipment.
Favorite Place(s): Glacier/Waterton International Peace Park on the border of Montana, USA and Alberta, Canada is a calm spectacle for fatigued eyes, a still break for weary ears and a welcome relief for tainted lungs. I have backpacked there twice, and plan to return...soon.
A Goal: Had the question been asked before my son was born, my response would have been completely education- and career-related. Now, my biggest goal is to enjoy my present. Only slightly less arduous is my goal to qualify for and go to Kona. And for that, I'll need my family, my TEAM! and a lot of GU!
Brag Box: I am married to Amy Grace!
Ian Grace is my Son!
You'd never know it but...
1.I speak two languages.
2.My first major was physics
3.I'm adopted
4.I'm hypoglycemic. While awake, I eat every 2.5 hours. Oh, you knew that? How?
